Back in school

School started last week. It's ok, but I have to get up early and I don't like that. I got used to sleeping in and staying up late, so getting up is hard.

I get to wear make-up now, which is cool. I think it makes me look pretty sometimes. I also got some nice jeans from The Buckle, but Aunt L said not to get used to it, because they were expensive. I like them though, I think they look nice on me.

We still haven't heard if we really do get to go to Italy or not. Maybe I will get lucky and we will stay a while longer. I wouldn't mind.

I started the new martial arts last week. The black belt who was working with me said I picked up the forms really quick. He is 16 (and kinda cute, but don't tell Uncle D).

Dad sent my birthday present finally. It's a husky from Build a Bear. I LOVE IT! He put words into it too, which is cool. And there is a heartbeat. I like it!

Puppy

I can't believe we start school again next week. I am not ready! Ilike going to bed late and not getting up until 11 or 12. Uncle D likesto make me get up earlier, but I would stay in my pajamas all day if Icould. Speaking of which, I wonder if I could get Aunt L to get me morepjs? I like pjs! I get to test for my brown belt this Friday. It kind of sucks that Iwon't be able to get my black belt, and it really sucks that I have totake Kuk Sool Wan. I really don't want to do that, but Aunt L and UncleD say they aren't giving me a choice. I did find out that I can playsoftball in Italy, so that will be cool, but they say I have to do more than that, so it's the martial arts thing there. I have all of my school stuff, I think. I won't know what else I needuntil we go to the orientation this week. I have all of my clothes though! I really like the jeans Aunt L got me from the Buckle. They are nice and I like the way they fit. I got some other clothes I really like too, but the jeans are really nice. I miss Brittney. I got to go with her to the airport, but I wish shecould have stayed. I know her Dad really wanted her home, but I miss her. We always have a good time when she is here. We did a lot of cool stuff and got to go see a lot of movies. It's going to be two years almost before I get to see her again. That's a long time. Uncle D and I got a puppy a few weeks ago. She's really pretty. She'sa Husky. All white with blue eyes. Her name is Kaya. She's a good puppy, but she still pees all over the house. That part I don't like.
