Here we go

Not a whole lot going on. I get to see Mom in two weeks and I can't wait. I finally got moved in to my own room and that's pretty cool, too. I have been playing with Allison and her little sister a lot lately. We take the dogs out for a walk or hang out in my room. It started snowing yesterday while we were outside so we came inside and made hot chocolate.

We have been writing a lot of reports in school and I have been getting really good grades on them. It's kind of fun. I did one on Angel Falls, New Mexico. It was really pretty.

I get to start sparring on Thursday nights at martial arts. Yea. I also amgoing to take the test to see if I can go into advanced classes next year.My teacher thinks I could do and Aunt Lisa and Uncle Derek are ok with it,so I am going to try and see what happens.I have been playing with a girl who rides the bus with me. Her name isAllison and she's really nice. She comes over and we play with the dogs too. She likes Rufus a lot. I am supposed to start soccer in a few weeks too, so I am gonna be really busy. That's ok though, it's kind of fun.I have my own room now, which is really nice. Mercedes likes to come in andwatch movies, but that's ok. We have been watching Lady and the tramp alot. Aunt Lisa got it and the new Harry Potter movie so we can watch themwhenever we want.I got all of my stripes for martial arts, so I get to test for my next beltnext week. I can't wait. We didn't get to test last month because ofeverything going, so I was a little bummed because some of the other peoplein my year group got ahead of me. I will try to catch up though.
